White Noise – Pale Ale 5.2%

We’ll always preach about how much we love a good 5% pale here at Polly’s, and we’ve been on an everlasting quest to hit that 5% mark whilst maintaining the flavour intensity and body of one of our bigger beers. With a hop bill of Citra, El Dorado, and finally Cryo AND T90 Simcoe, all wrapped up in a hearty lashing of LA3, this double dry-hopped monster is massive on suspension within the beer itself, resulting in a pale ale that drinks like it should be hitting the 8%+ mark. A whole swag bag of juicy, juicy hop notes are abound in this kickass pale ale – expect tangerine sweetness from El Dorado, backed up with a fresh burst of Citrus, and a final lashing of stone fruit, berry, apricot and a whisper of piney bitterness from the double Simcoe bill.
